MicClaw is a desktop AI assistant application that provides:

• Screen capture and AI-powered Q&A
• Multi-agent workflow orchestration
• Tools and automation capabilities

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Third-Party API Keys

MicClaw uses a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from LLM and STT providers
• All costs associated with your API usage
• Complying with each provider's terms of service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MicClaw for:

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• • Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

MicClaw is open source software. The source code is available under the MIT license. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MICCLAW OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
